Cedarville University Student To Give Senior Trumpet Recital

Cedarville, Ohio— Cedarville University student Jonathan Estes will present his senior trumpet recital on Thursday, April 8 at 7 p.m. in the Recital Hall of the Dixon Ministry Center on the Cedarville University campus. A music education major, Estes will present various arrangements by Bach, Holden, Bolling, and others. Estes will be accompanied by pianists Leah Leman and Deborah Estes and trumpeters Joel and Jeremy Estes. The son of Jeffrey and Deborah Estes of Sherman, Estes is a 2000 graduate of Sherman Central School. Estes has studied under Charles Pagnard, principal trumpet of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and Cedarville University professor of music. Recital admission is free.
