Cedarville University to Host Piano Workshop

Cedarville, Ohio-Dr. Nelita True will present a piano workshop on Saturday, Sept. 11. The program, presented by the Cedarville University Department of Music and Art, will be from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Recital Hall of Cedarville Universitys Dixon Ministry Center. One of Americas most popular lecturers and workshop clinicians for pianists and teachers, True is head of the piano department at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, N.Y. She is a frequently featured musical guest at international conferences and summer music festivals throughout Europe and is admired for her musical insight, sense of humor, and commitment to students. True has studied at the University of Michigan, the Juilliard School of Music, and the Peabody Conservatory. The workshop is $10 and is open to the public. Registration may be completed at the door.
