Radio Show Co-Host to Speak at Cedarville University

Cedarville, Ohio—Dr. Haddon Robinson, co-host of the daily radio program "Discover the Word," will speak at Cedarville University chapel on Wednesday, April 7. Chapel will begin at 10 a.m. in the Jeremiah Chapel of Cedarville University`s Dixon Ministry Center. On "Discover the Word," Robinson joins Mart De Haan and Alice Mathews in what has been called "lively conversations on applying biblical truth to everyday life." The show can be heard weekdays at 5:45 a.m. on the CDR Radio Network, 90.3 FM. In addition to his radio ministry, Robinson is a prolific writer, having authored seven books and written articles for magazines such as "Christianity Today," "Moody Monthly," and "Decision Magazine." He is a writer for the daily devotional booklet "Our Daily Bread" and the editor of Preaching Today.com. Robinson serves as the Harold J. Ockenga Distinguished Professor of Preaching at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts. Through his years of ministry, he has also taught at Dallas Theological Seminary and served as president of Denver Seminary and the Evangelical Theological Society. Robinson holds degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.), Southern Methodist University (M.A.), and the University of Illinois (Ph.D.). Robinson`s message is free and open to the public.
