Cedarville, Ohio-On Monday, Oct. 25, the Cedarville Chapter of Women of Vision (WOV) will hold an informational meeting about the World Vision child sponsorship program. The guest speaker will be Mark Murdoch. The presentation begins at 7 p.m. in Room 103 of the Apple Technology Resource Center on the Cedarville University campus.
Murdoch received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University. He holds an M.Div. and M.S. from Trinity Seminary. Murdoch served for six years as the youth pastor at Far Hills Community Church in Dayton. He is currently the discipleship pastor at High Point Community Church in Memphis, Tenn.
WOV is a volunteer program of World Vision, a Christian humanitarian organization. With 13 chapters in 11 states, WOV is committed to sharing God`s love by meeting the needs of poor women and children. Cedarville WOV chose "The Year of the Child" as their theme for this year.
