Cedarville, Ohio—The Cedarville University Jazz Band has been invited to perform at the 38th annual Elmhurst (Ill.) College Jazz Festival. The festival will be held on the Elmhurst campus near Chicago on February 26. "This festival, said Xenia resident Michael P. DiCuirci, director of the Cedarville University Jazz Band, "is the oldest and most prestigious of the nation`s college jazz festivals." Other university jazz bands invited to the festival include the University of Kentucky, Purdue, and Kent State University. -30-
