Cedarville University Student to Give Senior Trumpet Recital

Cedarville, Ohio-Cedarville University student Andrew Nicholl will present his senior trumpet recital on Saturday, March 19 at 3 p.m. in the Recital Hall of Cedarville University`s Dixon Ministry Center. A church music ministries major, Nicholl will present Bach`s Cantata No. 51, Caprice by Joseph Turrin, Concerto by Alexander Arutunian, Animal Ditties by Anthony Plog, and Sonata Breve by Jeno Takacs. Nicholl will be accompanied by junior Kevin Vaughn on piano and back-up vocalist Mellissa Schutter, a senior. Additional participants include senior Paul Compton on cello and Chet Jenkins, adjunct instructor of music, as narrator. Nicholl has studied under Charles M.
