Cedarville, Ohio—Tomorrow Cedarville University students will donate more than 30 bags of their coats, jackets, mittens, and other winter clothing items to the Dayton Gospel Mission and the Salvation Army. "This winter clothing drive is something we`ve been doing every year," explained Bonnie Kuvshinikov, resident director of Murphy Hall and one of the drive organizers. "This year we waited until after Christmas break so students had a chance to go home and get all their extra gear." The drive was led by two of the University`s campus service groups, Alpha Delta Omega and Delta Omega Epsilon. Twenty-three of the group members canvassed the University`s residence halls last week to collect the donations. Faculty and staff members also contributed winter clothing. Media interested in covering the winter clothing drive should contact Kuvshinikov at 937-766-4140 or 937-766-4560. -30-
