Cedarville, Ohio-Cedarville University will host its second annual Youth Worker Summit on Friday, Jan. 27 at 9 a.m. in an effort to provide motivational training and encouragement for both full-time and volunteer youth workers. This year`s theme is "Habitudes: Signposts on a Student`s Leadership Journey" and is meant to teach youth workers how to effectively illustrate biblical leadership habits and attitudes for their students.
This year`s guest speaker will be Dr. Tim Elmore. He is the founder and president of Growing Leaders an organization dedicated to developing leadership skills in today`s youth. Elmore is also the vice president of the leadership development group EQUIP, which is a nonprofit organization founded by John Maxwell. EQUIP has trained young leaders and pastors in 34 countries including India, Russia, China, Lebanon, Australia, and several countries in Europe.

Immediately following the Summit will be a High School Leadership Conference also led by Elmore. The conference will take place from Friday, Jan. 27 at 3 p.m. until Saturday, Jan. 28 at 5 p.m.
