Cedarville University welcomed six new faculty this fall, including alumnus Donald Humphreys ’89.
Alums may remember Don from his work as assistant professor in the department of language and literature from 1992 to 1998. Since then, Don has served as a vice president at Bank One (handling Web issues and training development), an adjunct professor at Cornerstone University, and a senior instructional design consultant at S4NetQuest in Columbus, Ohio.
In his return to Cedarville, Don has become director of the new Center for Teaching and Learning, as well as associate professor of technical and professional communication. He will collaborate with the academic leadership to promote a centralized and coordinated approach to faculty development and innovative instructional practices.
Joining Don as new Cedarville faculty members in 2006 are:
