CU Hosts Wellness Seminar on Women's Stress

Cedarville, Ohio- “Rest for the Stressed” is the topic of a free afternoon seminar offered at Cedarville University on Thursday, Apr. 12, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. This women-only event will be held in Room 245 of the Stevens Student Center.

Debbie Holt, a licensed professional clinical counselor, will be the featured speaker. She is a graduate of Cedarville University and holds a Master's degree in counseling from Wright State University. Holt now works as a bereavement counselor at the Hospice of Dayton and continues to teach adjunctly at Cedarville University.

The seminar is sponsored by the Wellness Center - a branch of the Cedarville University Department of Nursing. The Wellness Center offers seminars to the public throughout the year on topics such as cancer prevention, stress reduction, diet, and fitness training.
