Cedarville, Ohio—Cedarville University has named Mr. John LeBlanc acting chair of the department of business administration.
Currently serving as associate professor of management, LeBlanc will begin a new term effective July 2008. LeBlanc has been at Cedarville since 1999. He earned his B.S. and his M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University in 1974 and 1976, respectively.
“My primary objective in accepting the acting chair of the department of business administration,” says LeBlanc, “is to facilitate unity in teamwork with the faculty in the department and work with administration to meet the goals and objectives of the school and University.”
The department of business administration, offering majors in marketing, finance, management and accounting, has quickly grown into one of Cedarville’s largest academic departments.
