Cedarville, Ohio—On Saturday, Oct. 10, one thousand children will invade Cedarville University’s campus for a “Roof-Raisin’ Ruckus” known as Junior Jam.
This high-energy event includes upbeat music, videos, games, lunch and one-on-one time with college students. Approximately 300 Cedarville student volunteers will perform on stage, lead groups, direct games and interact with the young attendees. The day’s theme focuses on how to forgive and show kindness, instead of creating a “ruckus” in school or at home.
“This is a chance for kids to meet other children their own age and to learn more about God,” says Chrissy Faulkner, assistant director of event services at Cedarville.
