The 2007 winter production of "Alice in Wonderland," directed by Dr. Diane Merchant, professor of communication arts, was selected to represent region III in the Regional Festival Evening of Scenes in January for the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF). The two student actors chosen for the scenes were Annalise Hickok (Alice) and Michael Domeny (Lewis Carroll and the Cheshire Cat). The production also received special recognition for costuming, an effort led by student Rachel Hoffman. Additionally, graduate Nikki Moore and student Tom Worrall received Certificates of Merit from the KCACTF, region III, for their work as dramaturgs, Nikki for "Alice in Wonderland" and Tom for "Crossing Delancey."
