When Frank Back '91 steps into his high school classroom, he doesn't just teach economics: he builds relationships with his students. As he understands more about who they are and where they're headed, he is motivated to continually develop as a teacher and make course content relevant to their lives — a focus he saw modeled by faculty at Cedarville University in his business and education courses.
Frank's efforts were recently recognized by the University of Cincinnati Economics Center who selected him as Economics Teacher of the Year.
