Ten strangers trapped on a lonely island, each guilty of crimes though evading punishment. Who can explain their mysterious fates?
Starting on September 29, Cedarville University’s Department of Art, Design and Theatre brings its audience to a mysterious English island as they present “And Then There Were None.” This best-selling mystery tells the tale of a group of strangers with questionable pasts isolated on an island off the coast of Devon, England. The play is based on Agatha Christie's detective novel and combines elements of suspense and questions of morality. Bringing together themes of justice, revenge and criminal punishment, Christie creates a captivating tale depicting social classes, the effects of guilt and the emotions of the human heart.
“And Then There Were None” opens on September 29 at 8 p.m. For more information, call 937-766-4491 or visit Ticket Information. Tickets will be available for online purchase starting September 12.
