Patrick Oliver, assistant professor of criminal justice, recently gave a six-hour presentation called "Leading Change" to 11 key leaders of the Lebanese National Police. Eight generals and three colonels attended the course at the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration in Plano, Texas. A translator facilitated the presentation in Arabic.
