Joppa, Maryland resident Kristen Lewis, an early childhood education and special education major at Cedarville University, recently received ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­the 2011 OACRAO (Ohio Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) Scholarship Award during the University’s Honors Day event. The scholarship is given to three college students who serve as leaders amongst their peers.

Lewis is the daughter of Thomas and Mary Beth Lewis of Joppa.
