A special edition of David Jeremiah’s new study Bible, released December 5, is now available from Cedarville University. The Cedarville special edition celebrates Jeremiah’s longstanding relationship with the University, marked this year by the 50th anniversary of his graduation from the University. The University will provide all new Fall 2014 students with the special edition Bible.

“Cedarville University has played a vital role in my personal, professional and spiritual development,” Jeremiah said. “As the son of the former president and a graduate of the University, I am thrilled to partner with Cedarville as the University provides the new Jeremiah Study Bible.”

Since graduating from Cedarville, Jeremiah has become a best-selling author, founder of Turning Point broadcast ministry and senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in southern California. He also serves on the University’s board of trustees.

The Jeremiah Study Bible includes the text of the New King James Version, 8,000 study notes, 50 full-page articles and links to additional online content. Jeremiah said the materials were compiled carefully to give readers insight into the Scriptures. “It is my hope that the notes in this Bible will help readers gain new biblical insight as they walk each day with Christ,” Jeremiah said.

Cedarville President Thomas White, Ph.D., believes the Jeremiah Study Bible will be an invaluable tool for kingdom work. “I am so thankful for the dedication of David Jeremiah to create this new study bible,” said White. “His faithfulness to Scripture and dedication to the local church are great examples for our students to follow. I could not be more excited about partnering with one of Cedarville's alumni."
