Exercise Studio Policies

The Exercise Studio is reserved primarily for scheduled classes and activities.
During times that the room is not scheduled, individuals may use the room for stretching and personal exercise with the knowledge of the Rec Center supervisor.
Clothing must adhere to the Dress Policy.
To prevent damage to the floor, only athletic or dance shoes should be worn in the studio (they should be clean, dry, and non-marking).
No boxing, sparring or martial arts weapons are to be used.
If weather is inclement (rain or snow), please bring a change of shoes.
Equipment should never be removed from the exercise studio or the storage room without the knowledge of the Rec Center supervisor.
