Fitness Center Policies

CU students, faculty and staff members must first scan their current ID card at the front desk. All other users must present and leave a valid CU Family ID or a valid pass at the control desk, take a fitness center towel and keep it with them at all times during their visit.
Clothing must adhere to the Dress Policy.
Users must return their towels to the control desk before leaving the facility.
All children ages 13-15 must be directly supervised at all times by a parent with a valid pass.
Children under 13 years of age are not allowed in the Fitness Center.
Machines are not to be moved for any reason, except by Fitness Center staff.
Users should care for the equipment as a good steward. Misuse or abuse of any equipment will not be tolerated.
Problems with any equipment should be directed to the adult Rec Center Supervisor on duty.
The posted "Express Circuit Guidelines" on the north side strength training area should be followed whenever there are more than six lifters using that area at any given time. Lifters are to perform just one set on each machine and proceed to the next machine in a clockwise fashion.
