Stranahan Gymnasium Policies

  • Users should be prepared to show a valid Cedarville University ID or pass at the equipment room before entering the Stranahan Gymnasium.
  • Clothing must adhere to the Dress Policy.
  • Users should only enter and exit the gym via the double doors by the equipment room.
  • Only authorized staff are permitted in the equipment room.
  • Only clean, dry, non-marking athletic shoes are permitted when using the gym.
  • Soccer balls, baseballs, softballs, frisbees, and footballs are not permitted in the gym, except during practices or scheduled activities.
  • Basketballs and volleyballs may be borrowed from the equipment room by leaving a valid ID.
  • Grabbing of basketball rims is not permitted.
  • The gym may be closed for special events, classes, or varsity sports practices. Please abide by any posted signs.
  • An updated gym schedule is posted outside the equipment room.
  • Questions should be directed to the equipment room supervisor on duty.
