All graduate course registrations are completed through the office of the registrar. The following categories are provided to assist you with registering for graduate courses using WebAdvisor.
- Before you can register for any courses at Cedarville University, you must first apply and be admitted to the University. If you have not been admitted, visit graduate admissions for more information about applying to the University.
- Before registering for courses, you may want to view the completion options for your degree program or consult with your program advisor to determine which courses are most appropriate for you. The course offerings can be viewed at graduate course schedules or in the graduate catalog.
- Using any web browser, log in to WebAdvisor using your Cedarville User ID (username) and password.
- Note: If you have password problems, click on the Contact Us link on the WebAdvisor page and send an e-mail to the WebAdvisor administrator, or call 937-766-7905.
- Click on the Students link.
- Locate the Registration area and click on Search for Sections.
- Click on the drop-down box in the Term field and select your desired Term.
- Click on the drop-down box in the Academic Level field and select Graduate Student to filter graduate courses out of all available courses; press Submit (bottom of the screen).
- After pressing Submit, the next page will return all available graduate courses for the selected Term.
- Reminder: Students can only view schedules in this section. To register for courses, follow the instructions in the Create a Schedule: Register for Courses Section.
- Using any web browser, log in to WebAdvisor using your Cedarville User ID (username) and password.
- Note: If you have password problems, click on the Contact Us link on the WebAdvisor page and send an e-mail to the WebAdvisor administrator, or call 937-766-7905.
- Click on the Students link.
- Locate the Registration area and click on Register for Sections.
- Select Search and Register for Sections.
- Click on the drop-down box in the Term field and select your desired Term.
- Click on the drop-down box in the Academic Level field and select Graduate Student to filter graduate courses out of all available courses; press Submit (bottom of the screen).
- After pressing Submit, the next page will return all available graduate courses for the selected Term.
- Click the Select box for each course you plan to take; press Submit.
- After pressing Submit, the next page allows you to register and confirm the courses you plan to take.
- Click on the drop-down box in the Action column and choose Register for each course you selected. Press Submit to register for your courses.
- Note: If any courses conflict with another course's schedule, you will see a "conflict" message at the top of the screen. To resolve the conflict, change the Action for the conflicting course to Remove from list and press Submit.
- Press OK at the bottom of the screen to proceed back to the Students Menu screen.
- To view your class schedule from the Students Menu, locate the Academic Profile area on the Students Menu and click on My class schedule. In the Term field, select the class schedule you want to view and press Submit.
- Reminder: If you register for courses in multiple terms, you need to review each Term to verify your class schedule(s).
- Using any web browser, log in to WebAdvisor using your Cedarville User ID (username) and password.
- Note: If you have password problems, click on the Contact Us link on the WebAdvisor page and send an e-mail to the WebAdvisor administrator, or call 937-766-7905.
- Click on the Students link.
- Locate the Registration area and click on Register and Drop Sections.
- Click the Select box for each course you plan to drop; press Submit.
- After pressing Submit, the next page identifies the courses you dropped and the courses remaining on your schedule.
- Note: If you are trying to drop all your courses for a term, WebAdvisor will allow you to drop all courses except for one course. WebAdvisor may display a notification at the top of the screen that directs you to contact the office of the registrar before you can drop your final course. You may send an e-mail to the office of the registrar or call 937-766-7710.
- Press OK at the bottom of the screen to proceed back to the Students Menu screen.
- To view your class schedule from the Students Menu, locate the Academic Profile area on the Students Menu and click on My class schedule. In the Term field, select the class schedule you want to view and press Submit.
- Reminder: If you registered for or dropped courses in multiple terms, you need to review each Term to verify your class schedule(s).
Note: The program evaluation process generates a report of a student's progress towards degree completion, including completed courses and courses necessary for completion. The program evaluation process does not provide a report if you are enrolled as a general study/non-degree student.

- Click on the Students link.
- Locate either the Academic Planning or Academic Profile sections and click on the Program Evaluation link.
- Select an active program; press Submit.
- Your academic/program evaluation will display on the screen and include your completed courses and courses necessary for degree completion. You may compare the program evaluation with the degree requirements by reviewing the current or archived graduate catalog listed at the top of the evaluation.
- Plan your studies and enroll for future courses by reviewing the graduate course schedules or contacting your program advisor.
