The Office of the Registrar will confirm the following information when requested by an outside organization:

• Name
• Address/Phone number
• Basic Attendance Information
• Major / Minor / Specializations
• Degree Date

No transcript information will be released without the student's written authorization. Transcript information includes:

• Number of credit hours
• Specific courses completed
• Grades received
• Course Schedule for a specific term

If you have signed a Privacy Hold in the Student Services Office, no information will be released about you.
