Lawsuit Update
On Monday September 21, 2009, the Greene County Court of Common Pleas ruled in favor of Cedarville University to dismiss Dr. David Hoffeditz' claim that he was wrongfully terminated from the University. The Court found that it lacked jurisdiction over the matter due to the religious issues involved. Two other complaints remain outstanding.
Unfortunately, false reports have been circulated that misrepresent this decision.
