We are here to:
- Train, equip, and support you to lead and serve more effectively as support staff and lay ministers in your local church and ministries.
- Provide you with the Biblical and theological foundation and theoretical framework needed to engage leadership roles and ministry issues from a Christian perspective.
- Assist you in developing the practical skills and supply you with the necessary tools to lead and serve in a variety of ministry capacities.
- Support you in developing a regional network of experts and peers who can provide encouragement and support in engaging the problems and concerns of contemporary ministry.
- Establish you with a pattern of life-long growth and learning as ministry leaders and servants of Jesus Christ.
