Arabic Language and Culture
Course Description
The purpose of this non-credit course is to introduce students to the fundamental skills in recognizing basic Arabic language that is useful for everyday life communications. Included will be an introduction to the Arabic culture alongside traditions, beliefs, values, music, and food. Students will have opportunities for practice within the class setting.
Dates: May 7 - 22, 2008; meets Wednesday and Thursdays
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $60
