By Dr. Baker's Methods II Classes We all love stories and this is especially true of elementary students. Why not integrate their love of stories with math. They become spell bound and don't even realize the math they are doing. This page links you to many ideas you can use for use with different books - it includes questions and answers, activities, and either a poem or limerick. Hope you enjoy all the neat ideas.
All of the activites, questions, and poems or limericks accessed from this page were written by Cedarville University students and are meant to be used with elementary students. Each listing has at least 5 questions which can be used to help students with math concepts that are in the story. A teacher's page includes the answers to the questions. |
