Penguins have 80 feathers per square inch on their body. That's 80
feathers in a space as big as your two thumbs put together!
To get around, they slide on their stomachs at an amazing speed of
1/2 mile per hour!
Daddy penguins sit on the eggs for nine and 1/2 weeks to keep them
warm until they hatch. They lose half their fat because they just sit
there keeping the eggs warm and don't eat!
