ACSI Conference Bundle (Available at select conventions in 2008-2009)
The University provides courses that meet Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) certification requirements through ACSI conventions around the nation. Taking place during the conventions, these courses will enable you to earn graduate-level credit while attending the conference with your colleagues. You will attend the first session with the professor at the convention and then complete the rest of the course online. This option combines the convenience of online courses with the strength of traditional classroom interaction for the first session.
Special Conference rate: $80 per credit-hour
Iowa Option
Cedarville University is partnering with Des Moines Christian School, beginning summer 2008, to bring you M.Ed. course offerings. Your classes will be held at Des Moines Christian School. You may complete up to two-thirds of the program requirements through the Des Moines teaching site. Half of your classes will be taught traditionally and the other half will be delivered online.
Campus Program
You have the option of two program plans: two years or three summers. During the summer, two or three module sessions are offered with most courses two weeks in length. Some courses meet for one week and two courses, Statistical Reasoning in Education and Foundations of Biblical Theology, meet for three weeks. Fall and spring semester courses typically meet across four Saturdays with one or three weeks between classes.
The Columbus option is a teaching site, but it is not as extensive as Des Moines, and is part of the on-campus option at Cedarville University. We offer you at least one class in the fall and spring at Worthington Christian School in Worthington, Ohio. Classes will be held in the DeArmey Discipleship Center. This is a geographic convenience option for those who live in and near Columbus.
