Scholarships & Finances
Scholarships are available for music students on the basis of their performing ability. Students are encouraged to check the Music and Art department Web site for deadlines and criteria. Cedarville has also recently added additional scholarships available to all students regardless of major. Information can be found on the Financial Aid Department Web site.
Opportunities abound for students to serve in area churches as ministers of music or accompanists. Most of these positions are paid positions and also allow the students to gain valuable experience. Touring teams are also a ministry opportunity for church music majors. These teams tour across the country and pay a generous stipend. The internships also are typically paid positions.
