Any Concerns re: Graduates’ Performance
  • None at all
  • Wonderful nurse leader
  • Slightly weak in demonstrating team work at first
  • Joy to have!
  • Has difficulty getting to work on time most days; however, she is such an asset to our company that I excuse this behavior
  • Needs to continue education to keep up with changes
  • She may not realize that she performs out of her boundaries, but once informed, she adjusts her performance
