The purpose of the Cedarville University Fitness Program is to "CU Fit". We want to encourage you to develop healthy habits now which will last for years to come. Habits which will help you develop and maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness (and have fun doing so). Offerings include:

- Walk-4-Life: September 1 at 10:00 a.m.
- The Pumpkin Chase: October 27 at 11:00 a.m.
- The Turkey Trot: November 10 at 12:30 p.m.
- The Final Five K: April 21 at 5:00 p.m.
