Step Up
Beautifully Buff
Bored with the Nautilus circuit? This class is a great way to spice up your strength training routine. We will alternate using the step bench, BOSU, and physioball, as well as hand weights and bands to keep it fun and challenging. Quick cardio intervals throughout the class will keep your heart rate up and help burn more calories! Modifications will be demonstrated for different exercises to personalize the workout for your fitness level. This toning class will hit all major muscle groups to help make you beautifully (or handsomely) buff.
