Ultimate Frisbee
- Registration Dates: February 18-22
- Play Begins: March 11
- Format: All teams will play 2-3 round robin games first with the top teams entering a combined single elimination tournament to determine the overall champion for each gender.
- Number of players per team: Minimum - 9, Maximum - 16, During Play - 7
- Officials: Officials will not be used for Ultimate Frisbee. Players will be expected to call the games themselves.

- Playing Days/Times: When signing up a team, find out from your teammates which days and times would work out best and indicate your teams three most preferred days/time to play along with your teams major conflicts (when you absolutely can not play).
