Major Selection/Transcript Request
Now you know a little bit about student life at Cedarville. Next you can help us by submitting the following information which will aid us in registering you for classes:
Please carefully follow the directions on the Major Selection Form to confirm your choice of major. We realize at this point your choice of a major may be somewhat tentative. Do not become overly concerned if you are not certain of your major. Our Career Services Office and your academic advisor will assist you in choosing a major. Please return your Major Seletion form to the admissions office by June 1st.
Though we may have received a copy of your transcript on the past, it is either not official (an original copy bearing a signature or seal from your school) or not final (including all courses taken, graduation date, class rank, and cumulative GPA). Please ask the guidance counselor at your high school to complete and submit the Request for Final High School Transcript form along with a copy of your final official high school transcript as soon as it is available. Students who do not submit a final high school transcript are ineligible to compete in intercollegiate sports, receive federally-based financial aid, and/or graudate from Cedarville.
For home schooled students, documentation of graduation may come in the form of a transcript form the primary home educator, a home-educated association, or an equivalency diploma, (GED). Please attach this documentation, which includes your date of high school graduation or completion, to the Request for Final High School Transcript - Home School form, and send both docuemnts to the admissions office.
