Campus Visit Request Form
To request a visit at Cedarville University, complete the following form and click the "Submit" button near the bottom of this page! If you have already submitted an online campus visit request form, or if you have already spoken with the admissions office to arrange a campus visit, please do not submit this form again. Just give us a call at 1-800-CEDARVILLE to make any changes or adjustments to your schedule.
Make sure we are able to accommodate your request for more information! Complete all required fields (signified by the red asterisk *) before you click the "Submit" button!
The following schedule for summer visits begins April 20 and will continue throughout the summer, Monday through Friday:

We kindly request two weeks notice to have time to adequately prepare for your visit. If the date you are considering is within the next two weeks, please call us at 1-800 CEDARVILLE (233-2784) and allow us to assist you in planning your visit over the phone.
