The all-day conference on Friday included the above plenary presentations, small-group case study discussions, Q&A with the speaker, lunch, and a poster session. The focus of the small groups was not only on biotechnology research ethics, but abortion, reproductive technologies, genetic ethics, end-of-life issues, public policy, and the environment. The small groups were lead by faculty from Mount Vernon and Cedarville, with input from our guest speaker.
