OneVoice @ Evangelical Day of Prayer and Action for Immigration Reform
April 17, 2013 from 11:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
Cedarville University’s OneVoice Gospel Choir will travel to Washington, D.C., to lead worship at the Evangelical Day of Prayer and Action for Immigration Reform hosted by the Evangelical Immigration Table on April 17.
OneVoice will lead music at the 11:00am kickoff and at the 6:00pm Night of Worship and Prayer. These services will be held at the Church of the Reformation. These worship events are open to the public.
The one-day event will feature speeches from national leaders on immigration reform, including the Rev. Samuel Rodriguez of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, Bill Hybels of Willow Creek Community Church and Stephen Bauman of World Relief. Event participants will be encouraged to spend the afternoon meeting with legislators to discuss the need for immigration reform.
