Raising Up Hope for Uganda Guest Speaker - October 1, 2014

Raising Up Hope for Uganda Guest Speaker

October 1, 2014 from 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Raising Up Hope for Uganda (RUHU) is an orphanage and ministry located in Bulenga, Uganda. Hosted by Cedarville's chapter of International Justice Mission, the founder of this organization, an ex-slum boy named Patrick, is coming to speak about his passion for orphans in distress, which began with his very own testimony just a few years ago.

During his presentation, Patrick will highlight the current needs of his organization, as well as the immense progress that is being made toward building a new home for the children.

A love offering will be taken to support the efforts of Raising Up Hope.

Patrick is a high-energy young man who is thoroughly in love with Jesus Christ. His love for the Lord and for children is evident in everything he says and does. This is his first trip to America, so let's welcome him!

All students and staff are welcome to attend.
