Geology Camp

June 17-21, 2013

This year's Geology Camp will focus on dinosaurs, fossils, and the Bible. The schedule will include daily field trips to the Creation Museum, collecting of fossils at nearby fossil beds, hiking in local canyons, and special lectures and activities. The camp instructor is Professor John Whitmore, who has degrees in geology and paleontology from the Institute for Creation Research and Loma Linda University. Dr. Whitmore is involved with active research in the Grand Canyon and writes for various creation magazines and scientific journals. Campers will also get to meet current Cedarville geology students and learn more about studying this fascinating subject at Cedarville.
