Rescue Mission, Syracuse
Ministry Overview
Rescue Mission is a non-profit Christian organization which exists "to share Christ's love and provide biblically-based services that meet the spiritual and practical needs of the poor and homeless of central New York." Both residential and emergency shelter services are extended to men ages 18 years old and older, where they benefit from Case Management, Spiritual Life Programs, and Job Skills Training. Other services, such as Transportation, Educational and Vocational Services, Meals, and Clothing Distribution are available for clients, as well as to any men, women and children who are in need, even if they do not reside at the shelter.
