Ministry Overview

Sunshine Gospel Ministries has a passion to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ lived out in the inner-city community through word and deed ministry among the poor. To do this they build bridges across racial, economic and geographic lines. They need your help as they seek to minister to hundreds of young people and families in the community.

  • 9:00 a.m. Bible Lesson "God's Heart for the Poor"
  • 11:30 a.m. Lunch
  • 12:30 p.m. Daily activities may include Community Exploration in "Little India" / Subway Evangelism & Surveys / Homeless Excursion / Work Projects / etc.
  • 7:00 p.m. Dinner
  • Costs

    $435 per person

This cost is based on a team of 8 students and covers housing, meals, and transportation.

You can ask your church or youth group to help support your costs but, unfortunately, they will NOT be able to receive a tax-deductible receipt. Funds received over and above the support needed by a team member are non-refundable and will be considered overage. Overage will be put directly into the team fund as a whole.

    Dates

You will leave campus Saturday, February 28 at 8:00 a.m. and return Saturday evening, March 7.
