The Master's Puppets - Current Programs

The Master's Puppets use "muppet" style puppets and other creative educational teaching methods to minister to elementary age children.

The Master's Puppets

Using puppetry to bring a Bible story "to life" provides a more concrete, sensory-enriched, experience that allows children to both see and hear how God has moved in the hearts and lives of people and revealed Himself. Such concrete experiences can help form a foundation in a child's mind for more abstract principles, concepts and thinking.

However, while we do focus on teaching biblical principles through Bible stories, our goal isn’t simple mastery of the Bible as information. This ministry is designed to help guide young learners in understanding better what it means to follow Jesus while becoming more like Him, in attitude and actions.

The Master's Puppets are committed to providing a Christ-centered, fun, well-programmed ministry which is both highly relational in its appeal and relevant to its audience.

Contact us if you have any questions about this ministry.

 Individual Bible Programs

Individual Bible programs are 45 minutes long, teach one biblical principle, and include a Bible story, puppet songs, a "wacky" game, and the teaching of a memory verse. Many churches use these programs during Sunday school, junior church, or in a special children's service which combines all ages.

 Summer Programs

During the summer, both puppet teams offer a variety of individual Bible programs, seminars, as well as, expanded summer programming. Many churches and camps have used these expanded programs to minister to the children who attend their events.

  • The Master's Puppets 1 offers flexible programming which will fit a variety of events. A total of five (5) program sessions are available which can include all the elements of the individual Bible program, as well as, group singing led by our team. Another summer offering which combines these elements and more is our Parent's Night Out program.

The Parent's Night Out program is a flexible three (3) hour program which a church can provide to give parent's a "night out" while the church cares for their children. This program could offer a meal provided by the church, crafts, games, singing, and of course, puppets.

 Puppetry Seminars

Seminars are great opportunities to provide further training for those involved in church puppet ministries. Click here to learn more about the topics discussed in our puppetry seminars.
