A Checklist for Planning and Publicizing a Cedarville University Ministry Team

  • FORM A PUBLICITY COMMITTEE

    It is difficult for one person to be responsible for the promotion of a team. If you have Cedarville alumni or parents of students, you might consider using these individuals to assist you in promoting your Cedarville team.

  • NOTIFY ANY MONTHLY PERIODICALS

    • Local publications, school newspapers, magazines, and neighborhood shoppers are often willing to publicize community events. Shoppers are a particularly good source because they usually need material.

  • PLAN A NEIGHBORHOOD FLYER BLITZ

  • CONSIDER PRINTING FREE TICKETS

    Tickets are most effective when used as a physical evidence of a personal invitation. Rather than just stacked at business counters, these free tickets should be personally distributed by church members. A Ticket Master has been included.
