| At Cedarville University we count it a privilege to be used by the Lord to minister with you in your church. By hosting a team, you are performing a valuable service to our students, and the importance of your ministry cannot be overemphasized. As with any special church service, your Cedarville team's program will offer a unique opportunity for community outreach. Many in your church will find this service to be an effective tool for inviting people to your church who might not otherwise attend. We understand that you would like as many people as possible at the service, and this packet is designed to assist you in reaching that goal. We have included on this site promotional tips and graphic files that have proven effective in other churches regardless of the season or day of the week. Obviously no single set of suggestions is applicable to all ministries in all locations. Therefore, we offer this information not as the only outline for promotion, but rather, as a general collection of possible promotional ideas. It is our desire that your experience in hosting a Cedarville team be a positive one! Finally, if you have any questions or suggestions for the improvement of this information, please feel free to write or call us. We thank you for hosting a Cedarville team and for all the time you are putting into promoting it.
