Campus Security - Possession and use of Firearms or other Weapons
The possession of all firearms, live ammunition, explosive devices, pellet or BB guns, paint ball guns, bow and arrow, knives (having over three-inch blades), wrist- rocket type slingshots, etc. on campus or in residence halls is not permitted at any time. Should any of these items be found, they will be confiscated and stored by campus safety untile the end of the school year or semester. Any student found in violation of this regulation is subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal and may be in violation of State and Federal law.

Weapon law violations: The violation of laws or ordinances dealing with weapon offenses, regulatory in nature, such as: manufacture, sale, or possession of deadly weapons; carrying deadly weapons, concealed or openly; furnishing deadly weapons to minors; aliens possessing deadly weapons; and all attempts to commit any of the aforementioned.
