Writing Camp
June 23-27, 2008
If you enjoy writing, this summer's Writing Camp is for you. Dialogue with professors who have published poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction, and find out what it takes to succeed in this craft. Then, you will have a turn to try! You will enjoy the fun of writing in a coffee-shop setting, a beautiful state park, and a cutting-edge computer classroom. Then you will benefit from a workshop critique by your peers and professors. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about journalism and technical writing. This week of creative activities will conclude with a reading of finished projects. The Writing Camp is sponsored by the Department of Language and Literature.
