Most of these charges do not applied for daily chapel services. It is viewed that this equipment is in place to support the daily chapel needs. For most of the smaller programs in the chapel that are in-house, labor charges are all that we have been concerned about. Once a program starts to grow in size, charges begin to be incurred.

Outside groups coming to campus, are charged for everything they use. Some services are provided with the cost of the room rentals. Additional needs outside of the normal configuration will be charged accordingly.


Mileage

We charge our mileage to our clients when any significant mileage is generated. We charge the mileage at $0.40/mile. This mileage includes rental pick-up and return, as well as miscellaneous errand trips.


Food/Meals

Meals provided by the Production Services Department for our workers will be charged out to the event/client. If a client would like to avoid these charges, adequate meals breaks must be considered and/or meals be provided for the workers.


Studio and Production Time

Studio time will be charged out at a $30/hr rate and $40/hr for video production. This will only cover personnel and equipment costs. Any materials will incur an additional fee. Any equipment used in the studio that is not part of the regular studio equipment list may be charged an additional fee. Projects will be handled as time permits. A Production Services staff member must be present for any work done in this facility.
