- What is your favorite Bible passage ... and why? I love Ephesians 1:3-14 which speaks of our spiritual blessings in Christ. I am so grateful to be an adopted child of God and can enjoy all the riches of His grace that he so graciously lavishes on me.
- What brought you to Cedarville? I came to Cedarville University by inspiration of helping with the tuition for our son who is a freshman here. I love working in Admissions and being able to help the guests and their families as they work through the process of college decision-making.
- Where do you like to go on vacation ... or what do you do to relax? Vacation - my favorite vacation just happened this past fall when my husband and I were able to get away together. It had been about 13 years since we had been away...season of life, you know. We went to Niagara Falls for a couple of days. The weather was beautiful, the scenery breathtaking, and the time together very relaxing. Relax - In the winter I love to sit by the fire and enjoy my family. In the summer I relax by going to my families various activities.
- Tell us about your family ... I have the best family in the whole world!! God has given me a wonderful husband, Rick, whom I met here while a student at Cedarville. Rick is the pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Beavercreek. We have been blessed with four fabulous kids: Micah is 19 and a freshman here at Cedarville. He is a History/Ed. major as well as plays baseball here. Nathan is 17 and a junior at Beavercreek High School. He, too, is a baseball player and is starting to think about life after high school. Rebekah and Rachel are twins and will be 12 in March. They are musicians and have taken piano lessons for six years. This year in school, Rebekah started playing the flute and Rachel started playing the French horn.
- Where did you attend school? I attended Cedarville College from fall 1978-spring 1982. Yes, I realize this ages me first by saying "college" and then by telling the years I was here, but that's okay.
- What is your favorite musical group? and your favorite song? I enjoy a variety of musicians - Steve Green and Mark Schultz to name a couple. As far as my favorite song...this task you ask is too great. :)
- What toppings do YOU put on a pizza? My girls make the best pizza...of course, it's my recipe :). I love to have it fairly plain but do enjoy some pepperoni and sauteed onions.
