  1. How many years have you worked at Cedarville University and what keeps you here? I have been privileged to serve for 5 years as of September 1. The Lord keeps me here quite honestly. This is the place where I am supposed to be until He moves me. In addition to this fact, I truly enjoy the fellowship of my brothers and sisters across campus (students, staff, and faculty alike).
  2. Are you a "night owl" or an "early bird?" "early bird"
  3. Willing to share an embarrassing moment ... or funny story? The time I watered a plastic plant was pretty funny to those who observed it. :)
  4. What restaurant, movie or good book would you recommend ... and why? Most recent book I would highly recommend is John Piper's Don't Waste Your Life. What restaurant? - Cheesecake Factory.
  5. Who is the most famous person you have ever met ... or whom do you most admire? Most famous person was Joe Namath. Most admired - my parents and my grandfather.
  6. What toppings do YOU put on a pizza? Cheese (lots), mushrooms, green peppers, ham, and onions.
  7. Do have any nicknames ... is there a story behind the nickname? Luigi - my uncle gave it to me. In fact, he has nicknames for all his nieces and nephews. Instead of Amy Lea, it was Amy Luigi. My high school students called me "Miss Bumblebee." This one was started by my friend who was also a teacher. No real story, just a derivative of Miss Holderby (pronounced "Holderbee").
  8. Do you have a "pet peeve?" Late people, and people who drive in the lane of traffic you are trying to merge into on the highway when they have an open lane in which to move.
  9. What is the farthest distance you've ever traveled? Where did you go? I traveled to Albania on a missions trip with students from the high school at which I taught.
